TRIPOLI, LIBYA – Tuesday, 11th March  2025 – Dr. Ali Mahmoud Hassan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA), received His Excellency Mr. Abul Hasnat Md. Ziaul Haque, the Ambassador of Bangladesh to Libya, to discuss potential investment cooperation between the two countries. During the meeting, His Excellency the Ambassador presented an official invitation to the Chairman of the LIA to participate in the “Bangladesh Investment Summit 2025.” This summit is expected to further strengthen partnerships and economic ties between Libya and Bangladesh.
