Any supplier who feels competent and experienced and has the desire to provide goods / services to the organization should fill out the form through the following link (https://forms.office.com/e/ZJFX1J7sZB) and send the following documents to procurement@lia.ly :

2. Memorandum of Association.
3. Company Bylaws.
4. Commercial Registry Certificate.
5. Business License.
6. Tax Certificate.
7. Organizational structure.
8. Contract Documents, Competency Certificate or Certificate of Completion for previous projects (If applicable).
9. A copy of the partnership certificate (If applicable).
10. Any additional documents that the form submitter considers necessary for their qualification (If applicable).
